Onze Benelux commerciële organisatie (119 FTE) is verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van ons gehele, veelal preventief veterinaire portfolio aan dierenartsen en groothandels in de regio. De afdeling bestaat uit getalenteerde experts die werkzaam zijn op verschillende gebieden, zoals sales, marketing, market access, digital, commercial management en uiteraard dierengeneeskunde en is verdeeld over twee kantoren in Boxmeer en Brussel. Verenigd door een gedeelde passie streven wij ernaar om onze medicijnen, vaccins, diensten en oplossingen toegankelijk te maken voor dieren en de zorgzame individuen die toezicht op hen houden. Ons Pluimvee Team (9 FTE) richt zich op de versterking en vegroting van onze leidende positie in de markt door nauw samen te werken met dierenartsen, opfokorganisaties, fokkerijen en broederijen in de Benelux.

Over de functie

Rapporterend aan de Sales Lead Pluimvee, heb je in deze functie een belangrijke rol in het vergroten van ons marktaandeel en het verstevigen van onze positie in de Benelux, door het beheren van onze belangrijkste klanten, stimuleren van innovaties, en opbouwen van duurzame relaties in de pluimveesector. Je houdt onze key accounts continu op de hoogte van de nieuwste marktontwikkelingen en innovaties. Door onze producten en diensten nauwkeurig af te stemmen op hun specifieke behoeften, verstevig je langdurige relaties en breid je onze klantenkring uit.

Taken

  • Beheren van key accounts en het waarborgen van een omzet van tientallen miljoenen.
  • Informeren van klanten over de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en innovaties in de markt.
  • Afstemmen van producten en diensten op de specifieke behoeften van klanten.
  • Opstellen van commerciële voorstellen.
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van strategische plannen met marketing en techniek.
  • Identificeren van commerciële kansen door te netwerken binnen de pluimveesector en aanverwante sectoren.
  • Samenwerken met dierenartsen, opfokorganisaties, fokkerijen, broederijen, en pluimveehouders.
  • Toegang benutten tot uitgebreide technische kennis en research binnen de organisatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal HBO niveau.
  • Relevante commerciële werkervaring in de pluimveesector waarbij je succesvolle ervaring op hebt gedaan met het opzetten van salesstrategieën, het ontwikkelen van commerciële voorstellen, en het behalen van omzetdoelstellingen.
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden in het opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties, en het vermogen om te communiceren met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
