The Team

The PVH Europe Finance Team see it as their mission to drive business performance and to drive transformational change making Finance fit for the future. Europe Finance shares timely, accurate and relevant financial information in a fully compliant environment whilst acting as a reliable business partner. Using this data to provide insights, challenge and guide business stakeholders while acting as a center of excellence on specialized financial, risk and compliance topics. Our goal is to be recognized as one unified community across Europe and a true pro-active business partner with highly skilled and engaged finance professional supported by state-of-the-art systems and processes.

The Position

Reporting to the Vice President Reporting, the Director Transformational Change Finance supports the realization of PVH Finance's strategy by re-designing Finance processes and by providing program leadership during a multi-year journey to optimize the Finance Function. The end goal is to optimize Finance processes among others through re-design of Finance processes and implementation of an operating and ERP model that drives optimization of the Finance function across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive portfolio of projects to transform and optimize Finance processes across functions and the region, in coordination with Leadership and Corporate Finance Process Transformation (CFPT)
  • Establish vision for and re-design of optimized Finance processes and system usage and translate into effective implementation plans in coordination with CFPT, IT and key stakeholders
  • Lead and drive engagement in process optimization projects and act as a bridge between Finance, IT, other regional groups and external providers
  • Managing and holding accountable a diverse group of stakeholders to timelines in a Matrix organization
  • Actively perform tasks in transformation projects by reviewing future state process design, assisting in data activities, coordinating testing and managing projects from assessment to implementation as required
  • Periodically update senior management on status of initiatives and progress on system strategy
  • Lead change management activities such as role matrixes, position impact reviews, etc. in region in support of transformation initiatives
  • Engage with the global Finance organization to allow functional groups (AP, AR, Costing, FP&A, etc.) across regions to share best practices in order to leverage for optimized solutions
  • Ensuring the implementation of project scope, budget, schedule and quality by facing and addressing change resistance with personal and leadership resilience

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 10-12 years of relevant work experience in the field of finance and transformational program management; proven track record of successfully implementing transformational change. Experience in Fashion is a plus
  • Strong Finance expertise truly understanding end-to-end Finance processes is a must
  • Experience in leading large-scale change initiatives within complex organizations, working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organizational structure
  • Masters in Finance/Business Administration
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, BW, BPC, HANA, Tableau). Strong SAP knowledge is a must
  • Proactive, organized self-starter able to drive projects to completion and flexible & deadline oriented with strong business acumen; have a track record in leading projects from scratch
  • Strong team player with ownership competences. Fitting in our casual company culture
  • People management skills as well as being able to make an impact in a Matrix organization
  • Able to clearly articulate finance / project topics in plain language to various stakeholders. Able to form trusted relationships with (Sr.) Stakeholders
  • Business fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Travel up to 20% (US) maybe required
