Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens jouw stage zal je meewerken op de afdeling Business Development. De afdeling vervult een spilfunctie in de transitie van de Aftersales Business in de Nederlandse markt. De vertaling en implementatie van de ProActive Care Strategie waarin we de klanten optimaal proberen te ontzorgen, het (door)ontwikkelen van Service Producten, het sturen van de Connected Drive business en de communicatie van deze topics schetsen slechts een beeld van het zeer dynamische, maar ook complexe verantwoordelijkheidsgebied. De afdeling vervult een initiërende en coördinerende rol tussen de BMW Group Dealerorganisatie, BMW Group Nederland als importeur en het hoofdkantoor in München. Daarnaast is de afdeling Business Development verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van de sales en marketing doelen binnen Customer Support in alle kanalen alsmede het pricingbeleid complementeren het brede vakgebied. Als stagair(e) ben jij verantwoordelijkheid voor diverse taken binnen deze sales en marketing activiteiten.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

Het vergroten en optimaliseren van de klantenloyaliteit door waarde te creëren aan BMW-Group klanten op het gebied van Aftersales;
Het ondersteunen van diverse projecten op de afdeling Business Development, onder andere:
Online marketingcampagnes
Onderzoek doen naar de implementatie van mogelijke nieuwe bedrijfsconcepten en algehele bedrijfsontwikkeling
Verbetering van de loyaliteit en acquisitie van BMW-Group klanten op het gebied van Aftersales, terwijl je een duidelijk beeld creëert van de levenscyclus van de klant;
Het stroomlijnen en sturen van Aftersales gerelateerde vraagstukken vanuit de dealerorganisatie binnen de Business Development afdeling;
Het analyseren van de huidige marktsituatie om kansen te identificeren voor de BMW M Performance Parts en MINI John Cooper Works accessoires (concurrentie- en positioneringsstrategieën);
Assisteren van de marketingcommunicatie richting dealers voor de Aftersales producten en services voor BMW & MINI
Content marketing
Social media marketing
Het creeren van dashboards en het uitvoeren van analyses op zowel dealer- als nationaal niveau;
Contact opnemen en ondersteunen van dealers met betrekking tot Aftersales gerelateerde vragen of verzoeken;
Updaten van online prijslijsten en Point Of Sales materialen voor Aftersales zomer- en winterwielsets en transportoplossingen;
Het beheren van de Accessoire Offerte Tool door het toevoegen van nieuwe BMW- en MINI modellen en gerelateerde accessoires;
Analyseren van de Social Media kanalen van de dealerorganisatie met betrekking tot de communicatie van Aftersales content;
Het creëren van een Portfolio-analyse voor nieuwe modellen m.b.t. de verwachte verkoopprestaties van banden in de Nederlandse markt.
Wie ben jij?

Een enthousiaste en leergierige HBO student(e) bij voorkeur met een studierichting Sales, Marketing of (Commerciële) Economie. Met de juiste begeleiding ga je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband aan de slag. Je werkt en denkt klant-, service- én resultaatgericht. Een gezonde dosis ambitie en eigen initiatief mag daarbij natuurlijk niet ontbreken.
