Om het Service Team van Marel Meat in Lichtenvoorde te versterken, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Industry Service Coördinator. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van ons Regionale Service Team en behandel je klantvragen van klanten uit Europa.
In deze functie ben je 2e lijns support richting onze klanten en pak je klantvragen op die vanuit het Regionale Service Team zijn doorgezet. Je beheert deze klantaanvragen en ondersteunt met jouw kennis het Regionale Service Team bij het aanvragen/opstellen van service offertes en/of orders. Daarnaast ben je actief betrokken bij het trainen van Service Coördinatoren in de regio.
We zoeken iemand die zich wil vastbijten in ons serviceproces en de systemen die gebruikt worden voor het beheren van service verzoeken, offertes en orders, met als doel een zo optimaal mogelijke ondersteuning te bieden aan onze Regionale Service Team en onze klanten.
In deze functie werk je nauw samen met andere service collega's, waaronder Spare Parts Coördinatoren, Service Area Managers, Service Contract Coördinatoren en Technical Support. Dit alles om onze klanten zo goed mogelijk te bedienen en de verkoop van service en onderdelen te stimuleren.
