Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive commercial growth and achieve sales targets
- Lead a team of Service Area Managers and indirectly manage Industry Support Coordinators and Spare Parts Coordinators
- Collaborate with the Global Division/Regional Commercial Teams to ensure commercial escalation and customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a commercial team to achieve sales and growth targets
- Ensure effective team performance through global processes and best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through frequent on-site visits
- Collect and analyze competitive pressures and develop winning strategies
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or Business Administration
- 5 years' experience in Sales Management of capital goods or aftermarket Sales Management roles
- Strong people management skills and self-motivation
- Analytical and results-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
- Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
