Dan zoeken wij jou als Flight Operations Engineer bij Transavia
Als Flight Operations Engineer zorg je samen met jouw collega's voor de optimale ondersteuning van de vliegoperatie met als doel een veilige en betrouwbare uitvoering van onze vluchten. Je geeft advies over de Vliegtechnische realisatie van onze vluchten en verstrekt hier autorisaties voor. Daarnaast voer je onderzoeken uit die Transavia helpen om de veiligheid te vergroten en/of onze rol in duurzaamheid verder uit te breiden. Dit doe je doormiddel van het analyseren van het brandstofverbuik, het delen van inzichten met onze vliegers en het analyseren van innovaties die Transavia helpen. Hierin werk je nauw samen met de vliegersgroep duurzaam-vliegen, leveranciers en in- en externe partners.
Concreter?
- Je onderzoekt nieuwe bestemmingen voor in het Transavia netwerk en geeft aan wat de eventuele beperkingen zijn;
- Je draagt zorgt voor de kwaliteit van de luchthaven en route briefing informatie, welke door onder andere de vliegers en het Operations Control Center worden gebruikt;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van contingency procedures en onderzoekt escape procedures die noodzakelijk voor het vliegen in bergachtig terrein;
- Je verwerkt de gegevens uit de vliegtuigwegingen en voert reguliere controles op de Weight & Balance systemen;
- Je werkt actief samen met de Technische Dienst voor het up-to-date houden van de Minimum Equipment List en draagt zorgt voor de afstemming met de luchtvaart autoriteiten;
- In de rol als EFB administrator houd je supervisie over de werking van de Electronic Flight Bag binnen de wettelijke kaders. Hierin werkt je nauw samen de IT afdeling.
Waar land je?
Als Flight Operations Engineer maak je deel uit de afdeling Vliegdienst. Binnen deze afdeling werk je in een enthousiast team van ongeveer 16 medewerkers. Het team bestaat uit 10 collega Flight Operations Engineers, een Publicatie engineer, een medewerker Operationele documentatie en 4 (assistent) technisch vliegers.

Wi e ben jij?Voor deze vacature van Flight Operations Engineer bij Transavia heb je veel in huis, want:
- Je hebt een afgeronde Hbo- of TU opleiding/studie in Vliegtuigbouwkunde, Vliegtuigoperatie, Lucht- en Ruimtevaarttechniek of een andere relevante richting;
- Je bent 'wendbaar', ofwel continue veranderingsbereid. Dit hebben we nodig om steeds beter te worden in wat we doen en mee te bewegen met de continue veranderende wereld om ons heen;
- Je bent initiatiefrijk, kunt goed samenwerken en beschikt over overtuigingskracht en drive;
- En tenslotte is het van belang dat je accuraat te werk gaat en een goed oog voor detail hebt.
