Als Analyst bij Pension Brokerage ben je de verbinding tussen werkgevers en pensioenaanbieders. Je adviseert werkgevers door onder andere wijzigingen in kaart te brengen en kostenanalyses uit te voeren. Via prognoseberekeningen geef je inzicht in de effecten van de veranderingen in de pensioenregeling op werknemers. Je behandelt compensatievraagstukken die kunnen ontstaan, zowel binnen als buiten het pensioendomein, afhankelijk van klantbehoeften. Bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden met betrekking tot deze functie zijn onder andere:

  • Het ontwerpen van een pensioenregeling die aansluit bij de wensen van de werkgever;
  • Ondersteunen en adviseren van de werkgever bij onderhandelingen en het overtuigen van de ondernemingsraden, vakbonden en individuele werknemers om wijzigingen in de pensioenregeling door te voeren;
  • Selecteren van de meest geschikte pensioenaanbieder door middel van het opvragen van offertes bij verschillende pensioenaanbieders en deze te analyseren;
  • Communiceren van de nieuwe pensioenregeling en verdere ontwikkelingen naar de klant;
  • Creëren van presentaties en het presenteren aan de individuele werknemers om de pensioenregeling uit te leggen en de verschillende keuzemogelijkheden inzichtelijk te maken;
  • Uitvoeren van zowel kwalitatieve als kwantitatieve taken uit, met direct klantcontact. Je beheert projecten en kunt groeien naar een consultantrol.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Als Analyst Pension Brokerage:

  • Heb je een afgeronde HBO of WO studie economie, bedrijfskunde, bank- en verzekeringswezen, actuarieel rekenaar of vergelijkbare studie;
  • 0 tot 4 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Beheers je de engelse taal;
  • Heb je een consulting mindset;
  • Beschik je over projectmanagement vaardigheden;
  • Ben je leergierig, flexibel en stressbestendig;
  • Vind je complexiteit en uitdaging in jouw werk belangrijk;
  • Heb je ervaring met Excel en PowerPoint.
