  • We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Regional Workplace Health Consultant within the MMB Europe Advisory Team. As part of a newly formed 'Regional Centre of Excellence' (CofE) for Workforce Health, you will play a vital role in promoting and improving the health and well-being of employees for and on behalf of our clients across the European Region. Your expertise and guidance will contribute to creating a healthier and more productive work environment for clients and their employees.
  • You will be integral in supporting the MMB European Advisory proposition in response to the rising demand we are seeing from clients to develop and deliver workplace healthcare and wellbeing strategies. A key part of this exciting role is to support the delivery of wellbeing projects to help clients understand the health risks of their people and providing clinically backed recommendations on solutions and interventions to mitigate these risks.
  • Working with the Regional and Local teams, you will help in the support and delivery of client projects using data analysis, project management/delivery, bid management and provider research and reviews as part of a wide range of workplace wellbeing projects.

We will count on you to:

Working as part of the MMB Europe Regional Advisory team and broader consultancy team across MMB Europe, you will support with:

  • Interfacing directly with clients and providers across Europe to implement effective workplace health and wellness strategies and health promotion initiatives.
  • Raising awareness of advisory capabilities across MMB Europe both internally and with clients and prospects
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including human resources, risk managers, occupational health, and safety professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to workplace health
  • Analysing data and evaluating the effectiveness of workplace health programs, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Preparation of reports and Request for Proposals (RFP's) to ensure the Region meets its growth targets
  • Strategic project management, leading client projects throughout the full client journey
  • The design of health & wellbeing pathways to support broader preventative strategies
  • Facilitating Client Wellbeing strategy workshops
  • Carrying out provider research and reviews across the region
  • Providing support to draft training session plans and work with the Regional Advisory Enablement Leader to develop internal and external collateral
  • Support in identifying and developing new propositions, products and services.​

What you need to have:

  • Strong technical skills with solid experience gained within a similar role.
  • A self-driven, personable and motivated attitude
  • Strong and confident communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • A passion for learning and development
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience of producing, delivering and presenting client facing reports and insights
