Strategic Market Access Research Specialist

Position Overview:
As a Research Consultant specializing in Strategic Market Access, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. This hybrid position requires a dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, contributing to a variety of projects while ensuring the delivery of exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants on HTA submission initiatives in the Netherlands, ensuring the quality of project outputs.
  • Develop comprehensive pharmacotherapeutic dossiers.
  • Organize and facilitate advisory boards with Dutch payers.
  • Conduct assessments of the HTA landscape and formulate strategic approaches.
  • Perform budget impact analyses to support HTA submissions.
  • Adapt global health economic models to the Dutch context and execute cost-effectiveness evaluations.
  • Create pharmacoeconomic dossiers.
  • Guide junior consultants in evidence synthesis and value communication projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain adherence to project budgets and timelines.
  • Foster client relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Assist in proposal requests and contribute to business growth by nurturing strong client partnerships.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal processes and quality standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in the field.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and relevant publications.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Health Economics, Health Policy, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Statistics.
  • Proven experience in HTA and market access.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in creating Dutch HTA deliverables.
  • Background in evidence synthesis projects, including systematic and targeted literature reviews.
  • Experience in value communication projects, including global value dossiers and payer communication tools.
  • Native Dutch speaker with fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adaptable, capable of managing shifting priorities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Travel Requirements:
  • Up to 10% potential for global travel.
