About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Intelligence Lead to join our Sales Planning & Market Intelligence team at Robeco. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic and tactical decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a framework of internal and external data sources to enable the Sales Planning & Market Intelligence team to identify market trends and answer market intelligence requests.
  • Provide expert market intelligence input to various stakeholders within Robeco, including the Executive Committee, Sales & Marketing teams, and Global Product Management & Development.
  • Lead and work closely with other team members to further develop the service model of market intelligence, aligning available resources with increasing intelligence demand and data sources.
  • Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative market analyses to inform business strategy and tactical operating plans.
  • Equip the sales team with valuable market, customer, and competition insights to improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in a market intelligence role within the asset management industry.
  • Experience in working with large volumes of data and applying data analytics and data science concepts.
  • Data-driven user-centred design approach to analysis and data management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver impactful messages to stakeholders.
  • Mastering standard IT-tools and market research tools, with knowledge of BI tooling and CRM tooling a plus.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to define, structure, and prioritize work.
