Job Summary
The Head of Market Intelligence is a key role within the Sales Planning & Market Intelligence team at Robeco. This position requires a unique blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and effective communication to inform business strategy and tactical operating plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a framework of internal and external data sources to identify market trends and answer market intelligence requests.
- Provide market intelligence input for commercial decision making to various stakeholders within Robeco.
- Lead and work closely with other team members to further develop the service model of market intelligence.
- Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative market analyses as input for strategic & tactical commercial initiatives.
- Pro-actively scan for market trends & developments, growth and (cross) selling opportunities with relevance for Robeco.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 10 years relevant working experience within a market intelligence role in the asset management industry.
- Experience in working with large volumes of data and being able to apply data analytics and data science concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
