About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Health and Wellbeing Expert to join our team at GB035 Mercer (UK) Limited. As a key member of our Regional Advisory Team, you will play a vital role in promoting and improving the health and wellbeing of employees for and on behalf of our clients across the European Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface directly with clients and providers across Europe to implement effective workplace health and wellness strategies and health promotion initiatives.
  • Raise awareness of advisory capabilities across MMB Europe both internally and with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including human resources, risk managers, occupational health, and safety professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to workplace health.
  • Analyse data and evaluate the effectiveness of workplace health programs, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and Request for Proposals (RFP's) to ensure the Region meets its growth targets.
  • Strategic project management, leading client projects throughout the full client journey.
  • Design health & wellbeing pathways to support broader preventative strategies.
  • Facilitate Client Wellbeing strategy workshops.
  • Carry out provider research and reviews across the region.
  • Provide support to draft training session plans and work with the Regional Advisory Enablement Leader to develop internal and external collateral.
  • Support in identifying and developing new propositions, products and services.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills with solid experience gained within a similar role.
  • A self-driven, personable and motivated attitude.
  • Strong and confident communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • A passion for learning and development.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of producing, delivering and presenting client facing reports and insights.
