Purpose of Role

The Key Account Manager for the Nordics, Poland, and CIS regions will be part of a dedicated team that oversees Key Accounts, Buying Groups, Field and Specialty accounts within the Western European markets, with a specific focus on the Nordics. The role involves fostering wholesale business relationships, maximizing sales and profitability against set targets, and always acting in the best interest of consumers, customers, teammates, and the Under Armour brand.

Your Impact
  • Deliver and achieve agreed-upon annual sales and profit targets.
  • Collaborate with company teammates to meet account performance objectives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Present products at trade fairs and sales meetings, showcasing their value.
  • Lead strategic account planning to drive mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Address customer needs effectively and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in the Sporting Goods, Consulting, or Retail industry.
  • Experience working with wholesale and distributor partners is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in a commercial or digital business environment.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence others effectively.
  • Fluency in English, additional languages such as Swedish or Polish is a plus.
Workplace Location
  • Location: Must reside within commuting distance of our Amsterdam office.
  • Return to Work Designation: Hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
  • Travel: Expected to travel 25% of the year.
