Job Description

Zendesk is looking for a proactive individual to join their team as an SMB Account Executive.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, be customer-focused, and possess excellent presentation abilities. Your main goal will be to generate and close new sales opportunities within your designated area.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential SMB clients through research and networking.
  • Engage in consultative sales discussions to understand client needs.
  • Present Zendesk's customer service solutions effectively.
  • Create compelling sales proposals highlighting Zendesk's value.
  • Collaborate with various teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain and track a sales pipeline accurately.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
  • Offer post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience; software/SaaS experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
