Ben jij toe aan een nieuwe uitdaging en minimaal 24 uur beschikbaar? Of wil je graag een vervolgstap maken als HR Administrator? Dan is dit jouw kans. Door de groei van onze organisatie is de positie van HR Administrator bij Robert Walters vrijgekomen in Amsterdam.

HOE ZIET EEN WERKDAG ERUIT?

Als HR Administrator heb je een brede verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de operationele HR taken en daarmee ook het aanspreekpunt voor HR administratie gerelateerde vraagstukken van zowel medewerkers als managers en werkt daarin nauw samen met de rest van het HR team. Het team bestaat uit een HR Director, HR Business Partner, HR Adviseur en een Payroll Specialist. Op maandag en dinsdag werkt het team gezamenlijk op kantoor, maar iedereen stelt zich flexibel op. Hybride werken kan in principe op de andere dagen. Andere taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Zorg dragen voor het gehele proces rondom de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van brieven en contracten
  • Je houdt de digitale personeelsdossiers bij
  • Je houdt onze HR systemen op orde, denkt proactief mee over systeemverbeteringen en levert een bijdrage bij de implementatie van verbeteringen
  • Je onderneemt acties op basis van signalen uit AFAS: bij einde proeftijd, einde contract, jubilea etc.
  • Je maakt rapportages uit de HR systemen
  • Overige administratieve taken zijn bijvoorbeeld het doorvoeren van personeelsmutaties verwerken van declaraties en ziekteverzuim registratie

JOUW PROFIEL

  • Minimaal twee jaar ervaring als HR Administratief medewerker
  • Afgeronde HBO opleiding
  • Kennis van de wet- en regelgeving wat betreft HR-gerelateerde vraagstukken
  • Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal in zowel woord als geschrift vanwege het internationale karakter van onze organisatie
  • Kennis van AFAS is een pre
  • Je bent hands-on, zelf initiërend (ziet waar behoeftes liggen) en pro-actief, resultaatgericht, servicegericht en uitermate discreet
