Functie­omschrijving

Geeft het jou voldoening collegas te helpen bij hun activiteiten en ben je daarnaast leergierig en enthousiast? Stap dan als office & management support specialist in de BBL-leerwerkplekken bij het ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap. In deze leerwerk ga jij de managers en collegas ondersteunen bij de planning en organisatie van hun activiteiten. 
Samen met jouw enthousiaste collegas op het secretariaat zorg je dat alles voor de managers en collegas op rolletjes loopt. Je voert in overleg met jouw praktijkopleider verschillende ondersteunende secretariële taken uit, waarbij je efficiënt en nauwkeurig te werk gaat. Jij haalt plezier en voldoening uit je werkzaamheden. Door de verschillende taken zijn jouw werkdagen vol afwisseling. Dat betekent dat je prioriteiten moet stellen en flexibel moet zijn.

Wat ga je doen? 
Je houdt de afspraken in de agenda bij, reserveert vergaderzalen en catering voor bijeenkomsten, je voert administratieve taken uit zoals bijvoorbeeld ziek- en herstelmeldingen, je plaatst vergaderstukken in het systeem I-Babs, je verstuurt en beantwoord e-mails, en je beantwoordt de telefoon. Komen er bezoekers? Dan meld jij ze aan en haal je ze op. 

Functie-eisen

Je volgt de opleiding Management support specialist. 
Je kunt goed samenwerken en bent naar klanten toe vriendelijk en behulpzaam, oprecht betrokken en geïnteresseerd.
Je werkt gestructureerd, netjes en nauwkeurig.
Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je werkzaamheden. 
Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Je bent leergierig en enthousiast.
Je bent flexibel.
Je kunt prioriteiten stellen.
Je hebt discipline om vanuit huis te werken.

Bijzonderheden

Je ontvangt op de 24ste van de maand je salaris (valt de 24e in het weekend dan ontvang je je salaris de vrijdag voor dat weekend). Het brutosalaris (vanaf is afhankelijk van het leerjaar waar je in zit. Dit is op basis van 32 uur (vier dagen) werken per week.

Naast het salaris ontvang je een individueel keuzebudget (IKB). Het IKB bestaat uit: 1). IKB-budget (= geld) van 16,37% van je bruto maandsalaris en 2). IKB-verlof. Met het IKB-budget maak jij de keuzes die bij jou passen en kun je een deel van je arbeidsvoorwaarden zelf samenstellen. Je kunt er bijvoorbeeld voor kiezen om een deel van je maandinkomen te laten uitbetalen wanneer jij dat wenst. Ook kun je dit budget omzetten in verlof en andersom of besteden aan fiscaalvriendelijke doelen. De Rijksoverheid hecht sterk aan persoonlijke groei en loopbaanontwikkeling en biedt daarvoor tal van mogelijkheden. Tot de secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden behoren onder meer ook verschillende studiefaciliteiten, bedrijfsfitness, volledige vergoeding van je ov-reiskosten woon-werkverkeer en gedeeltelijk betaald ouderschapsverlof.

We streven er naar om binnen twee weken te reageren op je sollicitatie. 
Hybride werken is van toepassing.
Gesprekken kunnen zowel fysiek als digitaal plaatsvinden.
Als je bij ons stage gaat lopen, vragen we je een geldige Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag te overleggen.
Het is verplicht dat je tijdens de gehele stageperiode ingeschreven staat bij een onderwijsinstelling. Is dat niet het geval? Dan nemen we je sollicitatie helaas niet mee in de sollicitatieprocedure.
