🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the inventory of ICT assets using a barcode scanner and configuration item database.
- Support the physical reception, allocation, and logistics of ICT assets.
- Assist in warehouse organization, including sorting, clean-up, and disposal of obsolete items.
- Identify and track missing assets.
- Provide hands-on support during inventory and cycle counts.
- Document ICT process manuals for ITIL procedures.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of Configuration Management processes.
- Support ICT service improvement initiatives, particularly in asset management and monitoring.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Relevant educational background aligned with the role.
- 3+ years of experience in managing ICT assets.
- 3+ years of experience working in an ITIL environment
- Strong understanding of client hardware (laptops, mobile phones, tablets).
- Expertise in asset management software and hardware lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB management and asset management processes.
