🚀 We're Hiring: Asset Management Assistant 🚀
Location: On-site
Start Date: 17th March 2025 - 1 year initial contract
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for managing IT assets? We are looking for a Level 1 – Mid Asset Management Assistant to join our team for an exciting opportunity If you have experience in ICT asset management and are ready to make an impact, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Maintain an accurate inventory of all ICT assets using barcode scanners and update the configuration item database in real-time.
🔹 Support physical reception of assets and assist with warehouse logistics, including sorting and clean-up.
🔹 Help locate missing assets and support the disposal of obsolete items.
🔹 Provide hands-on support during inventory and cycle counts.
🔹 Document and improve ICT process manuals for ITIL processes.
🔹 Contribute to the configuration management process, embedding improvements into operations for IT assets.
🔹 Drive improvements in ICT services, especially for configuration management and monitoring activities.
Required Profile:
🎓 Secondary education diploma granting access to post-secondary education
💼 At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in ICT asset management
🔧 Experience in working with ITIL processes and asset management tools
📦 Ability to support warehouse operations and asset allocation
Duration: 1 year, with potential for extension
