Wat ga je doen?Ben jij een inspirerende leider en strategisch onderhandelaar met uitgebreide ervaring in IT-inkoop en een bewezen staat van dienst in contractbeheer met wereldspelers zoals Microsoft? Als Lead Strategic Procurement IT speel je een sleutelrol in het vormgeven van Lely's IT-inkoopstrategie. Je leidt een team van Sourcing Managers en zorgt voor succesvolle onderhandelingen en contractbeheer binnen het IT-domein. Verantwoordelijkheden:Leidinggeven aan het team: Begeleiden en ontwikkelen van het IT Procurement-team en ondersteunen van Sourcing Managers in contractonderhandelingen en leveranciersbeheer.Strategische inkoop & onderhandeling: Leidinggeven aan IT-inkoopactiviteiten en zorgen voor een optimale afstemming met de bedrijfsstrategie. Onderhandelen met grote IT-leveranciers (zoals Microsoft) om kosten, kwaliteit en service te optimaliseren.Stakeholdermanagement: Samenwerken met IT-leiderschap, zakelijke stakeholders en leveranciers om digitale transformatie te stimuleren.Marktanalyse & strategieontwikkeling: Uitvoeren van marktonderzoek en implementeren van kosteneffectieve, innovatieve inkoopstrategieën.Contract- & leveranciersbeheer: Toezicht houden op contractnaleving en prestaties binnen IT en een gestructureerd beheerframework opzetten.Brede inkoopervaring: Ervaring met NPR-categorieën is een plus en biedt een bredere kijk op inkoopactiviteiten.Wat breng je mee?Afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in IT, business of een gerelateerd vakgebied.Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in IT-inkoop, met een sterke focus op software, licentieovereenkomsten en leveranciersonderhandelingen.Bewezen expertise in contractonderhandelingen met grote IT-leveranciers, met name in software en technologie.Praktische kennis van strategische inkoop, inkoopsystemen en IT-supply chain management.Sterke analytische, strategische en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.Uitstekend stakeholdermanagement, vooral binnen een matrixorganisatie.Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands.Wat bieden we jou?Bij Lely werk je in een dynamische omgeving met veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid binnen een van de meest innovatieve bedrijven van Nederland.
