Binnen Damen Global Support zijn we namelijk op zoek naar uitbreiding van het logistieke team in Gorinchem.
Aangenaam kennis te maken
Wij zijn Damen Logistiek. Een magazijn, transport-, douane- en voorraadafdeling die betrokken zijn om tijdige leveringen te garanderen. Met jaarlijks 1.000 verschillende leveranciers en meer dan 500 bestemmingen en klanten wereldwijd is geen dag hetzelfde.
DE ROL
Als Logistic Support (Transport) ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking van goederen, artikelen en materialen. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze tijdig en compleet worden klaargemaakt voor transport naar onze wereldwijde productielocaties, klanten of de productielocatie in Gorinchem. Dit gebeurt in nauwe samenwerking met de Transport Coördinatoren, interne klanten en leveranciers, waarbij je rekening houdt met geldende wet- en regelgeving.
TAKEN & VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
- Administratief verwerken van goederen en zendingen op verzoek van interne afdelingen;
- Verwerken en aanmaken van zendingen (pakketten, trucks en containers) voor diverse bouwwerven en klanten wereldwijd, inclusief spoedleveringen;
- In samenspraak met de interne klant prioriteiten stellen in zendingen;
- Inspelen op last-minute wijzigingen, informeren naar aanvullende gegevens, ontbrekende goederen en documenten;
- Afstemmen van bijzonderheden en afwijkingen met collega’s (zoals Materiaal Coördinatie, Inkoop, Transport Coördinatie, Project Management, Repro en/of leveranciers).
JOUW PROFIEL
- Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van Logistiek of Magazijnbeheer;
- Je beschikt over minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in de logistiek of magazijnomgeving;
- Je hebt een MBO-3 werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt een sterk administratief en organisatorisch talent;
- Kennis van SAP is een pré;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en hebt bij voorkeur ook kennis van de Engelse taal.
