- Contract: Potential for a permanent position
- Work Model: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Hybrid model
Role
You'll join the Customer Service team of a major international Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology company in Landsmeer, performing customer support and advice, order management and entry, complaint resolution, all while ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries via phone and email with professional and swift solutions
- Order Management: Process orders, manage returns, and resolve complaints
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Warehouses, Suppliers, and Transporters to meet customer needs
- Relationship Management: Build strong, effective relationships with customers and internal teams
- Logistics Support: Ensure smooth operations of order management and logistics processes
Skills and Experience
- Experience: 2–3 years in Customer Service, preferably within a logistics or matrix organization
- Order Management: Hands-on experience in order management
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Personal Traits: Proactive problem-solver with a customer-oriented mindset
- Bonus: A valid driver's license is a plus
