Als Sales Representative kom je te werken bij dé leverancier van praktische EHBO-diensten en -producten voor meer dan 375.000 bedrijven en instellingen in de Benelux en Duitsland. Sinds het ontstaan in 1994 profileert onze opdrachtgever zich als één van de meest innovatieve bedrijven op de markt.
Bij onze opdrachtgever zijn ze ambitieus en in de komende jaren willen ze dan ook verder groeien om een Europese speler van formaat te worden. Daarvoor bouwen ze verder aan hun belangrijkste onderdeel: het team. Standplaats Utrecht

Salaris Een salarisindicatie van €2.950,- bruto per maand (inclusief basis provisie) o.b.v. 40 uur. Daarnaast is er een mogelijkheid om het basis salaris verder uit te bouwen, middels bonussen. Deze bonus is ongelimiteerd.

Wij zoeken

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een afgeronde mbo+ opleiding;
  • Je bent een dynamisch en enthousiast persoon, met drive voor sales en buitendienst;
  • Het werken op target ervaar je als een positieve uitdaging;
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis overtuigingskracht, doorzettingsvermogen en een sterke winnaarsmentaliteit;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week

Wij bieden

  • Een salarisindicatie van meer dan €3.000,- bruto (inclusief provisie) gemiddeld per maand. Tijdens de aanloopperiode van 6 maanden garandeert onze opdrachtgever €2.825,- bruto per maand;
  • Een basisopleiding in ons uniek direct sales concept waarmee we al 25 jaar succesvol zijn;
  • Continue coaching, begeleiding en interne trainingen;
  • Halfjaarlijkse bonus tot €2.500,- bruto;
  • Onkostenvergoeding;
  • De nodige faciliteiten om zo efficiënt mogelijk te kunnen werken;
  • Auto van de zaak (voor zakelijk gebruik);
  • De mogelijkheid om je professioneel te ontwikkelen

Als Sales Representative ben je dagelijks onderweg om zowel de bestaande klanten als prospecten van innovatieve EHBO-diensten en -producten te voorzien. Jouw collega in de binnendienst zorgt ervoor dat je elke dag met een kwalitatieve agenda op pad gaat en legt daarmee de basis van jouw salesresultaten. De binnendienst verzorgt de acquisitie, jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop. Met jouw passie voor sales weet jij als geen ander hoe je kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen kan enthousiasmeren.
Vanuit de organisatie wordt er voortdurend gewerkt aan continue productverbetering, uitstekende service en een hoge klantentevredenheid. Dat geeft jou de mogelijkheid om te excelleren en optimale verkoopresultaten te scoren. Starten bij onze opdrachtgever betekent starten met een uitstekend opleidings- en inwerktraject. Maar ook na de inwerkperiode gaan ze door met jou te helpen groeien en ontwikkelen. Daarmee zijn er mooie stappen voor je mogelijk om te ontwikkelen van startend vertegenwoordiger naar een echte sales-expert
