Vanaf het eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke afronding van het project houd jij de regie en zorg je ervoor dat alles volgens planning, binnen budget en met een tevreden klant wordt opgeleverd.
In deze rol breng je niet alleen structuur aan in projecten, maar verbind je ook mensen.
Jij weet als geen ander hoe je de juiste collega's en klanten samenbrengt voor een optimale samenwerking.
Daarnaast ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten: een sparringpartner die meedenkt, adviseert en oplossingen aandraagt.
Dankzij jouw bedrijfskundige inzichten zorg je ervoor dat organisaties optimaal gebruikmaken van hun Exact-oplossing en écht waarde halen uit hun software.
Je werkt nauw samen met een team van ervaren Business Software Consultants en bent de schakel tussen klant en techniek.

Wat ga je doen als Projectleider Business Software? Begeleiden van implementaties van Exact Software bij MKB-bedrijven Plannen, coördineren en zorgen voor een succesvolle oplevering van projecten Stimuleren van een sterke samenwerking tussen collega's en klanten Fungeren als strategisch aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner voor klanten Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en adviseren over de optimale inzet van software Samenwerken met Business Software Consultants en andere specialisten Mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar teamlead Over het bedrijf In Hardinxveld-Giessendam vind je een vooruitstrevende IT-bedrijf, waar veel IT-professionals uit de regio hun plek hebben gevonden.

Je hebt het Als Projectleider Business Software heb je de volgende kennis in huis: Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een relevant vakgebied.
Je hebt ervaring als projectleider binnen de IT- of businesssoftwaresector.
Je bent bekend met de implementatie van Exact-oplossingen of vergelijkbare ERP-systemen.
Je verdient het Als Projectleider Business Software verdien je een startsalaris tussen de Een goed startsalaris tussen de €4.000,00 en €6.000,00 bruto op basis van een 38-urige werkweek.
Daarnaast verdien je: Reiskostenvergoeding (€ 0,23 per kilometer) als je reist met eigen vervoer.
Uitstekende pensioenregeling (waarbij je als medewerker maar 25% zelf betaald) en uiteraard vakantiegeld; De mogelijkheid om relevante certificeringen te behalen en trainingen te volgen om je verder te ontwikkelen.
