Wat ga ik doen?
De Assistant Director of Finance zal alle activiteiten ondersteunen die worden uitgevoerd door de Director of Finance, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot: het begrijpen en stimuleren van financiële prestaties, het zorgen voor tijdige en nauwkeurige financiële rapportage en maandafsluitingen, het coördineren en beoordelen van maandelijkse financiële overzichten in overeenstemming met de algemeen aanvaarde boekhoudbeginselen (GAAP), het uniforme systeem van rekeningen en het beleid en de procedures van Hilton. Deze functie zorgt voor een soepele uitvoering van alle financiële activiteiten van het hotel in volledige overeenstemming met het beleid, de regelgeving en het contractuele kader. In deze functie werk je samen met alle leden van het financiële team van het hotel en het management team van het hotel en ondersteun je de Finance Director bij het ontwikkelen van uitstekende werkrelaties met een groot aantal interne en externe belanghebbenden, waaronder Commercial, IT, Procurement, Operations, Shared Service Centers (indien van toepassing), Owners en Assett Managers en Regional Operations Finance. Bij afwezigheid van de Finance Director neemt de Assistant Director of Finance de verantwoordelijkheden van de afdelingsleider op zich. Deze functie ondersteunt de Director Finance bij het ontwikkelen van de beste hotelteams op het gebied van Finance, inclusief deelname aan alle relevante ontwikkelingsprogramma's op het gebied van Finance.
