Als Assistant Director of Sales ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het definiëren van verkoopdoelstellingen, strategieën en acties;
  • Je richt je op de Noord-Amerikaanse markt, MICE en luxe leisure segmenten en bouwt sterke relaties op binnen je klantenbestand;
  • Je identificeert nieuwe zakelijke kansen en ontwikkelt actieplannen voor zowel bestaande als nieuwe accounts.
  • Je coacht en traint je salesteam om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken;
  • Je rapporteert aan de Director of Sales en werkt nauw samen om de commerciële strategie van het hotel vorm te geven en uit te voeren.
RequirementsFunctiecriteria van Assistant Director of Sales - Luxury Segment

Als Assistant Director of Sales voldoe je aan de volgende criteria:

  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als Sales Manager in de hotelindustrie, bij voorkeur in het luxe segment;
  • Ervaring in meerdere zakelijke segmenten, met kennis van MICE en Travel Trade;
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van strategische commerciële marktplannen;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om als ambassadeur te fungeren;
  • In staat om zakelijke kansen te identificeren en strategieën te implementeren om de omzet te verhogen.
SalarisDe aanbieding van Assistant Director of Sales - Luxury Segment

Voor de functie Assistant Director of Sales zul je 3400 tot 4400 euro per maand bruto gaan verdienen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Daarbij word gekeken naar jouw kennis en ervaring. Verder biedt het bedrijf ook zeer aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals: aantrekkelijke bonus, vakantiegeld, 25 vakantiedagen, reiskostenvergoeding, pensioenregelingen en personeelskortingen.
