In de tweede helft van je periode ga je mee met de accountmanagers op afspraak om het aan het aan voorkant te ervaren. Op deze manier weet je wat er voor en achter de schermen gebeurt en is de cirkel rond. Als Sales Enablement Stagiaire werk jij voor onze keten bestaande uit 16 hotels in de Benelux, met elk een eigen karakter en dynamiek. Wij werken voornamelijk vanuit het kantoor in Leonardo Hotel Utrecht City Center. De centrale ligging maakt dat het makkelijk bereikbaar is met het OV, het is namelijk nog géén 5 minuten lopen naar het centraal station.

Omdat we voor alle hotels in de Benelux werken, is flexibiliteit een belangrijk punt. Onze keten is jong, fris, eigenwijs en anders. Dit uit zich in de benadering van onze gasten én natuurlijk een no-nonsense werkwijze. Wist je trouwens dat we een van de snelst groeiende hotelketens zijn van Europa? HOE ZIET JOUW DAG ERUIT IN HET TEAM VAN SALES ENABLEMENT? Sales draait natuurlijk om het binnenhalen van business en als Sales Enablement Stagiaire ga jij hier je bijdrage aan leveren. Je begint met een uitgebreide inwerkperiode en gedurende jouw stage leer je de hotels kennen en gaan we je kennismaken laten maken met het salesvak. Binnen Leonardo Hotels vinden we JOU belangrijk We coachen je daarom graag op jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling en begeleiden je met je scriptie. Daar hoort ook bij dat je wekelijks een dag krijgt om volledig aan je scriptie te besteden, want een goede balans tussen werk en privé is belangrijk.

Tijdens deze stage, is geen week hetzelfde De werkzaamheden die je verricht zijn uiteenlopend, van het organiseren van cliënt events, tot het -in de breedste zin van woord- ondersteunen van de Accountmanagers. Ook ga jij je bezighouden met verschillende projecten, diverse administratieve taken én houd jij je bezig met het blijven verbeteren / vernieuwen van de Sales afdeling. Maar jouw persoonlijke wensen zijn net zo belangrijk: Je krijgt daarom alle ruimte om bijvoorbeeld een dag met iemand mee te lopen of zelf een project of ontwikkeling op touw te zetten.
