Our mission is to combine technical innovation with customer-centric design , helping businesses create safer, smarter, and more sustainable spaces. 🔧 Your Role: Driving Sales & Solutions As an Account Manager , you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the Netherlands with New and Existing Accounts. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering integrated lighting solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: You will build long-term relationships with architects, engineering firms, installers, and clients in your region. You actively identify new prospects and projects in your area. In collaboration with internal Sales Support, you develop a tailor-made total solution , combining lighting, emergency lighting, light control systems, and services into an energy-efficient, aesthetic, and ergonomic package. You convince the client of the added value of this solution and close the deal. You remain involved until delivery to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. To provide the client with the best service throughout the entire process, you work closely with your internal partner and management. You report on project progress to the sales management team and participate in sales meetings, client events, etc. 🎯 What You Bring: Skills & Experience You operate at bachelor level and have experience or strong interest in project-based sales . You excel in customer-focused thinking ; you are dynamic and highly results-oriented , always going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and achieve your goals. Building and maintaining relationships comes naturally to you. You have a commercial mindset , but you are also interested in technology and willing to learn the lighting business in detail. With solid project follow-up, you keep track of each project’s status and clearly map out next steps.
