Inside Sales Representative

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ga je aan de slag bij een innovatief bedrijf dat mogelijkheden ziet om verandering en technologie in te zetten voor een veiligere leef- en werkomgeving. Het bedrijf is opgericht in 1943 in Zweden en is in de loop der jaren uitgegroeid tot een van de grootste internationale bedrijven, met wereldwijd medewerkers die elke dag bijdragen aan een veiligere wereld. Je hebt minimaal een mbo+ werk- en denkniveau;
Ervaring met administratieve en kantoorwerkzaamheden is vereist;
Je bent in het bezit van MBV of bereid om deze opleiding te volgen;
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift;
Mogelijkheid tot werken in een fulltime functie, maar 36 uur is bespreekbaar;
~ Initiële jaarcontract met mogelijkheid tot vaste aanstelling.
Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst vervul je een cruciale rol als schakel tussen de salesafdeling en de klanten. In een team van 14 collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige invoer van gegevens en de tijdige afhandeling van orders. Dagelijks verzamel en controleer je alle benodigde informatie, verwerk je administratieve gegevens en draag je bij aan rapportages. Ook heb je de verantwoordelijkheid voor een nauwkeurige contractadministratie, waarbij je ontbrekende inkoopordernummers opvraagt en zorgt dat alles conform administratieve richtlijnen verloopt. Jouw bijdrage is essentieel voor het succes van de salesafdeling en draagt bij aan de soepele en effectieve interne processen.
