We are seeking a Tax Accounting Manager to oversee and optimise accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting. As a key finance leader, you will ensure accurate financial processes, maintain tax compliance, and enhance internal controls while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting operations, including AR, AP, GL, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, compliance with tax authorities, and regulatory reporting.
Lead payment processes and treasury operations, collaborating with banks and service providers.
Maintain and improve internal financial controls, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reports.
Coordinate month end and year end closing cycles, audits, and financial reporting.
Enhance accounting policies and processes to align with local legislation and global standards.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or Economics.
Strong knowledge of tax legislation, tax administration, and tax control.
Experience with month end, year end closing cycles, audits, and treasury operations.
Hands-on experience in team and project management.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
