Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & CRM Management: Lead management, quote preparation, order processing
Lead Engagement & Sales Coordination: Track and optimise sales funnel performance
Customer Communication & Support: Act as a key contact for customer inquiries
Cross-Team Collaboration: W ork closely with sales, logistics and marketing teams to streamline processes
Skills & QualificationsExperience in inside sales, logistics, or administrative roles within the Biotech or Life science sector
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
A proactive mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems
High attention to detail in managing sales and logistics data.
Fluency in Dutch and English
