*As a Project Portfolio Manager at FrieslandCampina, you will be responsible for overseeing the innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and facilitating decision-making for project approvals. You will act as a strategic advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the innovation portfolio. Your role will also involve preparing key insights for leadership, including the Business Group team, to support informed decision-making in the Innovation Planning Meeting (IPM).
Portfolio Management & Strategy Alignment Oversee the Business Group Innovation Pipeline, ensuring it aligns with FrieslandCampina's strategic objectives.Manage the project portfolio to balance risk, value, and resource allocation across multiple innovation initiatives.Support the prioritization of projects based on strategic impact, feasibility, and financial returns.
Innovation Planning & Decision Support Review project documents and provide recommendations for project approvals. Act as a key advisor in the Innovation Planning Meeting (IPM) by summarizing project data and highlighting risks/opportunities. Resource Planning & Data Consolidation Lead data consolidation for resource planning, ensuring accurate inputs from all IPM disciplines.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a bridge between operational teams and senior leadership, translating business priorities into actionable insights.Prepare executive summaries and reports for senior leadership. Experience in Business Administration, Project Management, Innovation Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in project portfolio management, innovation management, or strategic project planning in a corporate environment.
Proficiency in portfolio management tools (e.g., Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
