The organization is seeking a Director for Europe to independently manage a portfolio of clients in the region as part of the client leadership team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to leading multinational organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client engagements by participating in events, conducting client workshops, preparing proposals and sales materials, and leading business development efforts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both client leadership and technical teams to anticipate needs and manage expectations regarding the organization's services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, develop and review reports, and lead presentations for various audiences, including technical teams, CISOs, CIOs/CTOs, and executive management.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, methodology development, and strategic discussions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, managing and generating opportunities in Europe.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience , with a minimum of 4 years in strategic consulting and/or cybersecurity leadership.
  • Strong client service orientation, with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to earn the trust and respect of clients and partners.
  • Highly proactive, independent, hands-on, resourceful, and creative, with the ability to perform under pressure, uncertainty, and complexity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and abstractly while maintaining attention to technical details.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic matrix organizational structure and collaborate across all levels of the company.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
  • A relevant academic degree is required.
  • Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, C-CISO, GSTRT ) are an advantage.
  • The role may require travel within Europe (~25%).
  • Fluent in English ; fluency in German is an advantage.

Salary range: 120-180,000 base salary depending on experience. You will also be receiving bonuses and other benefits on top.
