We are seeking an enthusiastic **Business Development Intern** (M/F/d)** **to join our Marketplace product team in Amsterdam. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to play an important role in expanding our network of partners and contributing to Flixbus's growth within the region. Marketplace is a new developed MaaS product that creates the opportunity for companies to offer their supply on the website of Flixbus.

**Your Tasks - Paint the world green**:

- You engage proactively in outbound sales efforts, identifying and approaching potential partners and companies to collaborate with Flixbus.
- You conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential leads within the transportation and travel industry.
- You collaborate closely with the Marketplace team to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
- You actively participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential partners.
- You assist in the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and establishing strong business relationships.
- You act as a brand ambassador for Flixbus, representing our values and commitment to quality service.
- You visit different partners and leads in the Benelux region.

**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**:

- Registered student; MBO, HBO or WO in related fields of study i.e., tourism, marketing, etc.
- Fluent in Dutch. English, French and German skills are a bonus.
- Proactive and hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with new leads and potential partners.
- A mindset focused on solutions and a willingness to learn from mistakes to drive continuous improvement.
- Flexibility and openness to a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to be out in the field, actively seeking opportunities and building connections.
- Located in Amsterdam.
