**Position**:

- Insights in the commercial strategy of the Cosmetics group of LVMH, world leader in luxury
- Knowledge of commercial and retail objectives and processes
- Awareness of the relations between the field teams and the internal team of the house Parfums Christian Dior
- Development in analytical skills and acquiring commercial and retail knowledge
- Development in administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, diverse automatic Retail Tools, ) competences
- Experience in time & priority management, autonomy, multi-tasking in a changing environment

**Job responsibilities**:

- Support in preparation and follow up of documents for Sell Out Reporting, Fieldmapping and Visit Reports
- Support the Retail Management Team in preparing and analysing returns on Retailtainment/Trade animations
- Report Competitors & Dior trade actions
- Collect data (product presentations & product information) from different departments for bi-monthly commercial counter plan
- Create seasonal order forms for retailer
- Regular visits to Point of Sales to check merchandising and report in Simplifield (Merchandising Reporting Tool)
- Regular visits to the Point of Sales to understand operational processes, customer journey and consumer behaviour
- Support the Retail Managers in forecasting nouveautés
- Assist in Wardrobe & Grooming administration
- Assist in incentives program for Sell Out teams
