**Versatile Commercial Assistant at Premium-Hookahs**

We are the largest hookah store in the Netherlands, located in the heart of The Hague's city center. Our store offers a wide range of high-quality hookahs, accessories, and premium hookah flavour blends. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for hookah enthusiasts. Additionally, we specialize in luxury hookahs crafted from exquisite materials such as gold, silver, crystal, and other valuable components sourced from talented artisans worldwide.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Commercial Assistant to run a small local artistic store on the Saturdays. In this role, you will not only support customers in the showroom but also handle phone and chat inquiries, as well as perform various administrative and marketing tasks. Sometimes, especially in summer season, we have extra work on for example events, such as festivals and partys in which we are serving hookahs. You are a true all-rounder with a commercial mindset and strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers both in the showroom and via phone and chat in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Advise customers on hookahs, including their origins, types, and available accessories, with an emphasis on artistic elements.
- Assist in curating personalized hookah experiences that match the customer's interior design style and personal preferences.
- Organize and present the showroom, including showcasing luxury hookahs attractively and maintaining inventory.
- Process financial transactions and manage the cash register accurately.
- Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management and maintaining customer records.
- Support marketing activities, including managing social media channels and creating promotional content.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques within the hookah industry and share this knowledge with customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Be responsible for meeting sales targets and independently managing the store on your working days.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- A passion for art and handcrafted products, with the ability to convey this passion to customers.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and appealing showroom.
- Self-reliant, proactive, and able to complete tasks independently.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Minimum age of 24 years.
- Flexible availability.
