**Sales Assistant Spare Parts and Services**

**Functieomschrijving en taken**:
Als Sales Assistant Spare Parts and Services ben je actief betrokken bij het ondersteunen van het verkoopproces en verantwoordelijk voor het bevorderen van de verkoop van reserveonderdelen binnen een technisch en industrieel werkveld. Je richt je op het begrijpen van klantbehoeften en het bieden van passende oplossingen om de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen. Door verschillende taken uit te voeren, draag je bij aan de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van het verkoopproces en bied je ondersteuning aan het verkoopteam. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband, hebt een professionele houding naar collega's en klanten, en communiceert vloeiend in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.

**Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten**:
**1) Klantinteractie**:
b) Identificeren en ontwikkelen van langdurige relaties met klanten.
c) Begrip van technische vereisten van klanten met betrekking tot reserveonderdelen.

**2) Technisch advies**:
a) Verstrekken van technisch advies aan klanten over het juiste gebruik en onderhoud van reserveonderdelen.
b) Adviseren over verbeteringen en upgrades van reserveonderdelen om de prestaties te optimaliseren.

**3) Administratieve taken**:
a) Uitvoeren van administratieve taken om het verkoopproces soepel te laten verlopen, zoals het bijhouden van klantgegevens, opstellen van offertes en coördineren van offertetrajecten.
b) Verzorgen van de logistiek in-door-uitstroom en afhandeling van spare parts, inclusief transportregelingen en documentatie.

**4) Verkoopactiviteiten**:
a) Ondersteuning van het verkoopteam door rapporten op te stellen, rapportages te verzorgen, presentaties voor te bereiden en afspraken met klanten te plannen.
b) Actief zoeken naar nieuwe verkoopkansen en benaderen van potentiële klanten.
c) Onderhandelen over prijzen, leveringsvoorwaarden en betalingsvoorwaarden.

**Kwalificaties**:

- Klant
- en resultaatgericht met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Besluitvaardig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
- Proactief, klantgericht, innovatief en flexibel
- **Ervaring in technische verkoop, bij voorkeur in reserveonderdelen.**
- Diepgaand begrip van technische producten en toepassingen.
- Zelfstandig, commercieel en inspirerend
- Teamspeler met enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
