**Description**:
Our client is a leading construction company operating in building and engineering, infrastructure, real estate, and public/private partnership sectors, well known for its expertise in sustainable and innovative projects.

They are currently looking for an **Administrative Staff** to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will report directly to the Service and Support Manager and work in a team of Service Desk employees.

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that malfunctions and maintenance are carried out professionally and timely by the Field Service technicians.

**Job Profile for** **Administrative Staff**
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Manage daily start-up meetings to review workload, distribute tasks, and set priorities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, such as maintenance requests or technical problems, ensuring timely response and resolution by coordinating with the Field Technicians
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal team, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Contribute actively to analyse and optimise services
- Address approximately 30 reports per day, together with the team
- Must be fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
- At least HBO 4. Technical education background is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a service desk role within a technical environment is a plus
- Working knowledge of general software packages is required
- Strong verbal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Systematic, meticulous, and resilient in handling and resolving issues
