Jouw baan als Finance Officer bij RECO

Ben jij iemand die nauwkeurig de financiële administratie op orde houdt en met een kritische blik naar cijfers kijkt? Werk je graag in een no-nonsense bedrijf met een open cultuur? Dan ben jij dé nieuwe RECOllega die wij zoeken Als Finance Officer werk je nauw samen met onze twee Controllers, waarbij jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

- Assisteren bij het realiseren van de maandafsluitingen;
- Opstellen van aansluitingen met operationele systemen inclusief analyse verschillen;
- Beoordelen van grootboekmutaties / tussenrekeningen / saldi inclusief opstellen specificaties;
- Voorbereiden van lease-aanvragen / verwerken leasecontracten in contract-administratie;
- Verwerken van maandelijkse (des)investeringen bedrijfsinventaris in vaste activa module;
- Ondersteuning bij de voorbereiding van het (balans)dossier van de accountant;
- Opstellen / indienen van periodieke teruggaven van buitenlandse omzetbelasting;
- Ondersteuning van de controllers bij diverse adhoc projecten / rapportages.

**Van RECO krijg jij**:
Werken in een tof bedrijf met een hoop leuke uitjes en events (elk bedrijf roept dat, maar hier ervaar je het echt - lees er meer over op onze pagina ();
Een afwisselende baan in een dynamisch, informeel en groeiend familiebedrijf waar jij écht gezien wordt;
28 - 31 vakantiedagen per jaar, zodat je ook kunt genieten van je vrije tijd;
Goede pensioenregeling, maar 3,3% eigen bijdrage, de rest betaalt RECO
Jaarlijks een persoonlijke bonus, gebaseerd op jouw inzet, presteren en ontwikkeling.

Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Je bent 24 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar;
- Je hebt een HBO opleiding gevolgd óf bent deze aan het volgen op het gebied van Finance/Boekhouding;
- Je bent flexibel en houdt het overzicht bij eventuele ad-hoc werkzaamheden;
- Je werkt makkelijk samen met collega’s, maar taken alleen oppakken gaat je ook goed af;
- Je hebt oog voor detail en bent in staat om eventuele bijzonderheden te signaleren.
