**Operations Associate (Shipping)**
- Ben jij nauwkeurig, vlot en betrouwbaar? Werk je graag in een divers team in een vooruitstrevend warehouse? Dan zoeken we jou_

Als Operations Associate sta jij aan de basis van het logistieke proces van Proponent, waar alles draait om vliegtuigonderdelen. Tot onze klanten behoren alle bekende luchtvaartmaatschappijen wereldwijd en ons assortiment loopt van boutjes, moertjes en zwemvesten tot en met business-class vliegtuigstoelen en andere interieuronderdelen.

In deze onmisbare functie houd jij je bezig met het verzendklaar maken van bestellingen en zorg jij dat alle onderdelen die hiervoor nodig zijn, correct en snel verpakt worden zodat onze internationale zendingen op tijd klaar staan om de deur uit te gaan. Je bent precies en efficiënt en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor jouw aandeel in het proces. Van het controleren van _traceable paperwork_, tot het opmaken van transport-documenten en het ervoor zorgen dat onze luchtvaartonderdelen op hoogwaardige manier zijn verpakt - jij draait er je hand niet voor om

Jij bent als geen ander betrokken bij de grote verscheidenheid aan onderdelen die we hebben. Dat maakt het nog leuker dat we bezig zijn met de implementatie van een globaal Warehouse Management System, waar jij en je collega’s als allereersten mee gaan werken. Ook zijn we altijd bezig met verbeteren d.m.v. de Lean-methode en jouw input is daarin meer dan welkom In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Supervisor van het team Operations, Shipping.

- Fysiek werk geen probleem vindt
- Ervaring hebt op de reach
- en heftruck
- Zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal goed beheerst

Als je daarnaast ambitie hebt, vinden wij dat alleen maar mooi Er zijn in deze positie diverse doorgroei
- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden.

Nog even praktisch: de werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag en de werktijden zijn in overleg. En om deze functie uit te kunnen oefenen, heb je een Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar (VGB) nodig, samen met enkele trainingen die wij voor je regelen.
