**Customer Support & Operations Intern**

**Start Date**:As soon as possible

**Duration**:Minimum of 6 months

**Location**: Amsterdam, The Netherlands

If you're into E-commerce, excel at customer engagement, and are into social media, this opportunity is tailored for you Join us for hands-on experience in organic growth, social media strategy, and customer-centric communication.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:Engage with customers across multiple channels to promptly address inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- **Order Management**: Handle and process customer orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Flagship Store Customer Assistance**: Provide exceptional service to customers in our flagship store, manage inventory levels, assist with product selection and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- **Operations**: Oversee the repair process of products, coordinate with technicians or service providers, and ensure timely and quality repairs for customers.
- **Social Media Management**:Create engaging content following brand guidelines, schedule posts, and interact with the online community to maintain a strong social media presence. Analyse and improve social media posts for enhanced performance.
- **Website Improvements**: Collaborate on website improvements to enhance user experience and optimize performance.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, document management, and ad hoc requests.

**Requirements**:

- Available for ~ 4 days per week and available during weekends (Saturday).
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or above in both written and spoken language is required. Proficiency in Dutch is preferred.
- Preferably located in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
- Excel knowledge
- Creative, passionate, and hardworking
- A true coordinator: structured, solution-oriented, and practical
- Customer-oriented to be able to ensure an excellent user experience
- Has a sense of humour and is a real team player
- Not afraid of working independently
- Min. HBO-level education in Economics, Business, Marketing or Fashion related studies
