**About the vacancy**

The Transport Support Representative controls the flow of information (administrative data) related to our transport business and proactively resolves potential issues that impact the flow of information and with that customer experience and performance.

He/she will ensure primarily that all administrative data, invoice flows, and agreements in the relevant systems is up-to-date and correct. The Transport Support Representative will secondary also support the transport planners on booking of orders and ferries, order entry and forwarding, and customs flows.

**What will you do?**
- Maintains all administrative transport data in the relevant systems and follows up on issues with business partners
- Is responsible for customer invoicing
- Approval & matching of supplier invoices and manages all administrative tasks within this process
- Informs customers about order progress and schedules deliveries
- Supports secondary the planners on all admin task
- Presence in the office is required 4 days a week

- Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain studies or gained experience in these industries
- Focus on Customers
- Reporting Skills (KPI)
- Highly proficient in English, any other European language is a plus
- Structured thinker
- Result-driven team worker
