Then this is your chance to join BESTSELLER as Onsite Tech Support. In this role, you will be supporting colleagues in both our wholesale office in Amstelveen and our Amsterdam office.

You will be part of the OFFICE team, a friendly and hands-on team responsible for making our people happy

**WHO ARE YOU?**

In addition, you must be able to show understanding and empathy for the users’ situation and guide them through a solution, while setting clear expectations in the process.
You see challenges rather than problems and gain energy by talking to users and helping them solve their issues.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide direct support to users in the office for hardware and software issues.
- Order necessary equipment and maintain an organized inventory of all devices and hardware.
- Manage stock levels to ensure equipment availability and proactively order replacements when needed.
- Configure and set up equipment for new joiners, including MacBooks, ensuring all devices are ready for immediate use on their start date.
- Provide ongoing support within the office for any immediate technical needs, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate second-level teams as needed, ensuring users receive timely and effective support for advanced issues.
- Monitor and follow up on ongoing user support cases, ensuring timely updates and resolutions are provided.
- Providing support to the OFFICE team when needed (such as installing and setting up screens for company meetings and events, etc.)

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience in providing onsite and remote technical support to users
- Support for Microsoft Azure and Entra
- Manage Apple Business Manager, MDM (Mobile Device Management), and Workspace Apple
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow ticket management or similar
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Embrace challenges with a proactive mindset and continuously look for ways to improve processes and deliver high-quality tech support
