**Service Improvement Officer**
Als Service Improvement Officer bestaat het overgrote deel van je werkweek uit het initiëren en implementeren van projecten om onze service en operationele performance naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Jij zorgt voor een excellente service en bent altijd op zoek naar de beste oplossing voor onze klanten en de terminal. Het rapporteren en analyseren van KPI's vindt je leuk om zo de effectiviteit te meten maar ook verdere verbetering te analyseren. Jij werkt daarbij samen met de collega's van het team Customer Service & Planning op Vopak Terminal Europoort en zorgt dat er cultuur van continue verbeteren ontstaat. De functie heeft een doorlooptijd van 2-3 jaar. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Customer Service.
**Inhoud van de baan**:
- Project manager voor verbeterprojecten m.b.t. customer service en planning.
- Vertalen van procesverbeteringen in implementatieplannen en verbeterprojecten.
- Je bent een van de drijvende krachten voor continue verbetering van de service.
- Het ontwikkelen van passende systemen om een hoog serviceniveau te kunnen blijven garanderen.
- Ontwikkelen van duidelijke KPI-modellen en performance management.
**Wij zoeken naar**:
- Afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding, bij voorkeur in een bedrijfskundige, en/of logistieke richting
- Werkervaring binnen Customer Service, bij voorkeur in de tankopslag branche;
- Bij voorkeur kennis en ervaring met continu verbeteren (Lean Six Sigma), project management, tools en standaarden;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
