Teaching Support is de helpdesk waar alle UU-docenten van alle typen onderwijs (regulier, maar bijvoorbeeld ook post-initieel en PhD) met hun onderwijsvragen terecht kunnen en waarin alle kennis van de partners in het Centre for Academic Teaching and Learning is gebundeld.

**Wat ga je doen?**:
De basis van deze functie bestaat uit het ondersteunen van universitair docenten om het beste onderwijs te geven. Dit houdt in:

- universitair docenten en studenten ondersteunen bij de inzet van de blended learning_ _tools;
- onze (onderwijskundige) collega’s ondersteunen: docentcontact, aansluiten bij projecten, ontwerpen, brainstorm, etc.
- meeschrijven aan handleidingen voor de tools;
- docenten en studenten ondersteunen bij het gebruik van de Do It Yourself-studio.

Ben jij een student die op zoek is naar een inhoudelijk interessante bijbaan en heb jij snel inzicht in de praktische invulling van software? Kun je dat ook nog eens goed communiceren naar een docent en zoek jij proactief naar oplossingen en mogelijkheden? Vind je daarnaast onderwijs(innovatie) interessant en houd je van verantwoordelijkheid? Wacht dan niet langer en solliciteer. Je zult gaan werken in een team van docentondersteuners en flexibele diensten draaien: goed te combineren met je studie.

**Wat bieden wij?**:
Wij bieden:

- een functie als docentondersteuner;
- een werkweek van ongeveer 8 uur met een bruto maandsalaris van mínimaal € 2.618;
- tot maximaal € 2.846;
- bij een fulltime dienstverband (schaal SA van de cao Nederlandse Universiteiten) of ongeveer €16,50 bruto per uur;
- een flexibele invulling van jouw uren over de week, in afstemming met het team docentondersteuners;
- 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3%;
- een pensioenregeling, gedeeltelijk doorbetaald ouderschapsverlof en flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden op basis van de cao Nederlandse Universiteiten.

Naast de arbeidsvoorwaarden die zijn vastgelegd in de cao Nederlandse Universiteiten kent de Universiteit Utrecht een aantal eigen regelingen. Zo zijn er afspraken over professionele ontwikkeling, verlofregelingen, regelingen op het gebied van sport en cultuur en krijg je korting op software en andere IT-producten. Ook geven we je de ruimte om je arbeidsvoorwaarden uit te breiden via het Keuzemodel Arbeidsvoorwaarden. Zo stimuleren we je graag om te blijven groeien. Acht directies ondersteunen het College van Bestuur bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van de jaarlijkse bestuursagenda, het vierjaarlijkse strategisch plan en bij het verlenen van diensten.

De directie Studenten, Onderwijs & Onderzoek (SO&O) is één van de ondersteunende directies en maakt onderdeel uit van de Universitaire Bestuursdienst. De directie SO&O ondersteunt het College van Bestuur van de Universiteit Utrecht bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het strategisch beleid ten aanzien van studenten, onderwijs, onderzoek en valorisatie en is verantwoordelijk voor de universiteitsbrede ondersteuning van en informatievoorziening aan studenten.

Het Centre for Academic Teaching and Learning verenigt alle partners en programma's die binnen de universiteit werken aan continue verbetering van het onderwijs. Docenten kunnen er terecht voor informatie, kennisdeling, ondersteuning en scholing gericht op hun eigen ontwikkeling en de vernieuwing van hun onderwijs. Het CAT focust op drie pijlers die alle bijdragen aan verbetering en versterking van het onderwijs: docentontwikkeling, onderwijsinnovatie en Educational Scholarship.
