We're Creative Fabrica, a fast scaling tech start-up from Amsterdam.

Enable creativity by giving access to everything related to the creative process: inspiration, learning, creating and sharing. The 'Creative Inspiration Flywheel'

This creates a self-sustaining community that lives within the Creative Fabrica ecosystem.

**About the platform**:
We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started

We have scaled to **40 million+ monthly page views**, over **20 million listed products** and **20000+ active designers**.

Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the strategy and execution of Creative Fabrica's off-platform communities, ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind and fosters organic growth. At the same time, you will be responsible for the on-platforming educational content, which is primarily content-driven.

In addition to expanding the community, you will be dedicated to nurturing the individual growth of crafters, guiding beginners to become more experienced crafters.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Community Development**: Design and implement a scalable system for establishing and maintaining micro-communities, ensuring brand consistency and quality control.
- **Leadership of Community Heroes**: Develop programs to recruit, motivate, and retain unpaid community leaders, offering privileges and incentives to sustain their engagement.
- **Platform Engagement**: Oversee the engagement in WhatsApp groups, Slack, and Facebook, expanding our presence and influence. Explore and integrate additional platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Twitch.
- **Content Creation and Management**: Produce a high-quality community-driven podcast, from conceptualization to execution. Plan and manage frequent live video events on YouTube.

**Your Profile**:

- **Community Platform Proficiency**: Expertise in managing platforms such as WhatsApp, Slack, Facebook, Reddit, Discord, and Twitch.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational and execution skills for large-scale community projects and live events.
- **Content Production**: Experience in end-to-end podcast production and live video event management.
- **Data Analysis**: Ability to analyze engagement metrics to inform strategies.
- **Digital Marketing**: Proficiency in digital marketing to enhance community visibility and brand presence.

- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across various platforms.
- **Leadership and Influence**: Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire community members and leaders.

- **Empathy and Cultural Sensitivity**: High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness for diverse community interactions.
