**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and innovative **Head Chef / Co-Founder** to join our founding team. This unique role combines culinary leadership with strategic partnership, offering the opportunity to shape the culinary direction and overall success of 11:11 from the ground up. As a co-founder, you will hold an equity stake in the company, ensuring your dedication and investment in our shared vision.

- Collaborate with the founding team in finalizing the restaurant location.
- Provide input on kitchen design and layout to optimize workflow and efficiency.

- Contribute to refining the restaurant concept, aligning culinary offerings with our brand vision and sustainability goals.

- **Collaborative Input**: Enhance and refine our preliminary menu to authentically represent Latin American cuisine.
- **Recipe Creation**: Develop and standardize recipes, bringing your creative vision to life.
- **Seasonal Specials**: Create seasonal dishes showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including produce from our garden.
- **Culinary Innovation**:

- Innovate with new recipes and cooking methods to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
