**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a versatile and results-driven All-Round Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to execute marketing initiatives across various channels, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Reporting to the Head of marketing, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and achieving our business objectives.
- **Content Creation**:
Lead content creation efforts including writing engaging copy, designing visuals (managing the designer), and producing multimedia content such as videos and interviews. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice and resonates with our target audience.
- **Social Media Management**:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across various platforms. Analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- **Event Management**:
Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events to enhance brand visibility and foster connections with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- **Partner Communication**:
Collaborate with partners and third-party vendors to develop joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and promotional activities. Maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment with partner objectives.
- **Brand Management**:
Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing touchpoints.
- **Communication with Software and Hardware Development Departments**:
Act as a liaison between the marketing team and the software and hardware development departments to align marketing efforts with product development timelines, feature launches, and updates. Provide input on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Marketing experience and technical aptitude, passion emerging technologies.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-centric approach with an understanding of how to use data and research, and translate them into relevant, practical and engaging content
- Hands-on approach and being able to work independently
- Collaborative approach to work and ability to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
