Join Pax8 on our exciting journey to disrupt the tech industry We're looking for a relationship-focused **Sales Compensation Manager** **M/F/d **to join our Revenue Operations team.
Your experience and knowledge of unpicking compensation structures using data analysis will set you in good stead as you take the reins in creating and delivering of a scheme that’s fair, transparent and equitable across pax8’s sales teams.
Confidence, and your natural ability to quickly form relationships will create a foundation as you introduce improvements in operational processes, and carve out an international compensation program.
Leading the existing team to build upon the existing processes will also be a priority, and an opportunity for you to showcase your leadership skills; guiding us in the design and implementation of compensation, contributing to driving customer success and inspiring other departments.

**The EMEA** **Sales** **Compensation Manager** at **Pax8** will oversee improvements of programs and processes across the EMEA region, ensuring pax8 is compliant and competitive whilst aligning with the business’ objectives.
**Fuelling your morning with a cup of coffee** ️ **sets the tone for a day that will include**:
- Lead the Sales Compensation strategy in alignment with Pax8 business goals, market trends and budget constraints.
- Manage the day to day administration of all Compensation schemes across EMEA including target setting, attainment calculation and distribution of accurate monthly sales compensation statements. Being the EMEA point of contact for all enquiries. Book transport and hotels for staff and attendees.
- Manage the rollout of a new compensation tool, partnering with the Technology team, including design, testing, implementation and on-going improvements; working closely with Sales Enablement to ensure effective adoption with all users.
- Be part of the Pax8 Planning process in collaboration with other cross functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal and Corporate counterparts.
- Drive your own personal development and performance improvements by participating in learning paths on Elev8, taking part in Pax8 L&D programmes, receiving peer or manager coaching, taking on stretch projects or on the job training.
