**What we do**
Guided by our **ARC (Always Relevant Content)** approach, we focus on crafting content that stays timely and impactful. Our team includes content creatives and strategists who collaborate closely to deliver highly relevant content for our clients. Together, they form power teams that can quickly transform trends into tailored content within 24 hours or develop long-lasting series and formats that deeply resonate with communities across various platforms. And if the insights are really strong we build it out to impactful campaigns.

As a **Content Strategist**, your passion for social platforms and culture drives you to stay ahead of trends, uncover opportunities, and keep our brands at the forefront. Whether you're analyzing content performance, ‘hacking’ platform algorithms, or scouring comment sections for insights, you guide the team to create content that connects with the right audience and stays true to our brands. You’re always in the loop, tracking updates from Adam Mosseri, tuning into creator podcasts like Colin and Samir, and diving into communities on Reddit and Discord. Social is your world, and you know how to optimize every post for timing, SEO, and hashtags to ensure maximum relevancy.

**The Action**:
Opportunity Spotting and Strategy Alignment (50%)
- Monitor platforms, culture, comments, client trends, brand voice, and data to identify insights and opportunities.
- Ensure the content aligns with brand and audience personas
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas based on insights and opportunities.

Creative Collaboration and Execution Support (25%)
- Partner with creative teams to develop and execute concepts aligned with strategic goals.
- Host and lead brainstorming sessions based on insights and opportunities.
- Provide on-set support, including production, shooting, lighting, and audio assistance.

Social Media Management & Reporting (25%)
- Manage clients’ social channels to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Post content in the correct format and utilize platform-specific features.
- Oversee community management, maintaining brand tone and tracking sentiment.
- Deliver actionable reports and lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
