We are Conscious Group, we offer the most sustainable stay and a seamless guest experience in a fun atmosphere. We have 4 sustainable hotels, 2 organic restaurants and 2 coffee bars in Amsterdam within Conscious Hotels, and together with Hotel V & The Lobby, we have grown to a total of 7 hotels and 4 restaurants.
At Conscious Group, we're all about keeping things green and positive for our team. We're looking for a rockstar HR Admin who's proactive and loves the details to join our HR squad. You'll report directly to our HR Team Lead and be a crucial part of all the cool HR stuff we're working on.
**What does the role entail?**
- HR Administration
- Smoothly handle onboarding and offboarding, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Tackle contract tasks like addenda requests, extensions, terminations, and freelance contracts, all while keeping everything compliant.
- Keep all our HR docs in check and make sure we’re playing by the rules.
- Payroll and Benefits
- Keep our monthly payroll changes spot-on and on time.
- Manage monthly payroll and make sure our awesome benefits are budgeted perfectly.
- Performance Management
- Help out with performance reviews and support managers and employees through the process.
- Employee Engagement
- Team up with the HR Team Lead to create fun and effective engagement strategies.
- Work on making our team even happier and reducing turnover.
- Sick Leave Management and Prevention
- Handle sick leave policies and procedures by the book.
- Implement strategies to keep our team healthy and minimize sick leave.
- HR System Maintenance
- Keep our HR system up-to-date with accurate employee info.
- Offer support and training on HR systems and processes.
- Legal Compliance
- Stay in the loop on HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E) assessments when needed.
**Job requirements and personal qualities**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR administration and coordination.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, benefits administration, and employment law.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software.
